I feel so bad when I neglect my blog - and that's exactly what I have done in the past couple of months. My little family had a great Christmas and I tried my best to stay hydrated and heathly - which was VERY hard to do. My pregnancy this go-round has been very unlike the other 2, I have been in a constant state of nausea with lots of vomiting all day long and more in the middle of the night - YAY! sike! The plus side of it all is - the baby is perfectly healthy, and dispite the 17 lbs I have lost, it's growing right on track and has a great, strong heart beat. So I am very blessed to have this little miracle on the way and we are getting our house and everyone geared up for her/his July 12th arrival.
I was really looking forward to a July 11th birthday for baby - since my late Papaw's birthday was that day but due to the fact that I must have a c-section and they don't routinely schedule surgeries for Sundays - so we will be waiting until the next day. I'm sure my Paw appreciates the gesture! So we are getting ready to find out what color we should be painting the nursery in the next few weeks and I cannot wait! Honestly, since this will be my last child - I have been praying hard for a little girl - but either way we just want a healthy, happy baby. I'm still a little afraid that Park will have some trouble adjusting to a new distraction in the house, especially when it comes to his daddy but we are going to try to get him prepared ahead of time so he might be okay when he/she gets here.
