Baby Boy turned 1 last Thursday - May 14th, and the best part about it was Daddy was home to celebrate! Daddy didn't come home under the best circumstances (close friend of his mother passed away) but he did get to see his little mini-me on his first birthday so he was pleased, and baby boy was to.
We ate a good dinner at the Outback rather than attempting to find the time to go home and cook dinner/ bake a cake.

And after dinner, Daddy packed up the car and headed back to Illinois. :( But we were happy to see him for about 24 hours.
