I lay on the sofa between dinner, baths & clean up and read a book until my Sunday, Monday & Thursday night shows come on. (those are really the only days I watch t.v.) well except for Football Saturdays where Anthony loves to make me watch and learn so my yelling at Jag's game at least sound like I know what I'm yelling about!
I have kept up with my Fit Camp class, that I love very dearly - and I'm still on my Misty Mission http://miswallace.wordpress.com/ to make sure I get my lbs. down to 180 even though Anthony made some GREAT chicken tonight with mashed potatoes, peas & carrotts! I love his food, but sometimes wonder if he is playing against me with my weight battle! The PTO Fall Bash is over - and what a relief to not have to plan something - well other than the fact that I have started planning a major Thanksgiving feast for my family at mom's house to celebrate our precious aunt Shirley coming to visit from Texas for a week, and then of course comes all the birthdays that fall in the months of Nov & Dec. between Ant's family and mine - then some of our friends and the most important MINE! Whoo Hoo.. 28 years and I still feel so young ~ that is for all my old friends...LYMI!
Does everyone always have a TO DO list like I do? I was told a couple weeks ago that I should slow down - funny thing is that I thought I did, only to find myself planning and making more lists - and what about Christmas? I can't even start to think about dragging all my stuff down to whip the house into the holiday mode right now....But that's my Me time. making my list - keeping my dayrunner cram packed, updating my Iphone calendar every day with some new event, shower, out of town voyage (WHICH I CAN'T WAIT FOR), birthday, shopping trip, holiday etc....
I think I'm wore out just thinking about it. Anyhow, this post was going to be all about Jag - my tailbacking brute of an 8 year old that helped his team beat the Steelers tonight in a very close but very exciting game (i bit my nails) and make their way to the championship game tomorrow night. I could not be more proud of my baby stepping up this year and showing everyone how talented he is - and just how dang strong he is! Go Colts & Go JBD #70 we love you the most and we really really mean it!
